Choose Wisely- Creative Techniques for Well Crafted Design. Day One of Three.

The presenters all have stories to tell: how they got educated, how they ended up in studios that create unique things, and how both guide their creativity. Brian French from French Paper will start off the discussion and we will continue to have presenters discuss what they do as a printer/fabricator/designer/studio owner and why considering various unique techniques can make projects kick ass.

I'll talk about the transition I made from theatre designer to owning my own biz, how owning a laser is a 21st century tool that still requires craftsmanship in executing the work, and why I work almost exclusively with prototyping and small batch production.
